MY STORY

I hold a BA in Psychology and practice both as a Positive Intelligence Coach and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adhere to their Code of Ethics. ICF is approved by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE).

I also hold a certificate in Women in Leadership from Cornell to better help my female clients. While gender should not determine success as a leader, there are unique challenges women face when they hold positions of authority.

I am deeply passionate about improving the financial lives of women. As a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) with 30 years in the investment industry, I have learned many lessons. In order to share them, I created the “Whealthy Woman” programs to impart knowledge and skills through my public speaking. “Scientia potentia est”, particularly when it comes to money!

I work in the not for profit industry as an Education Fellow for the Retirement Income Institute, a Senior Education Advisor for the Alliance for Lifetime Income, and as a coach with Up With Women. I also serve as an Advisor for the Grossman School of Business’ Women in Leadership Program at the University of Vermont. To give back to my community, I also serve on the Boards of several Boston-based non-profit organizations and as mentor with the Anaya Tipnis Foundation.

When I am not coaching clients and improving women’s financial well-being, I enjoy pursuing my love of travel (closing in on 50 countries!), the outdoors, photography, and my vacation home on Cape Cod.

Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women.
